Accident Summary:

On short final, the pilot used the searchlight to locate the touchdown spot on the helipad and went IFR in the dust kicked up the rotor wash. While attempting a go around, the pilots experienced vertigo. The aircraft landed hard and bounced. The third time the aircraft touched down it stayed on the ground

Accident Summary:

While the aircraft was at a refueling point, a loud explosion was heard from the engine area. Flames shot out of the engine intake, then flames enveloped the aircraft.
